Seaweed Jelly Alcohol Cocktail Mixes.
The easiest way to use Seaweed in alcoholic drinks is to use the water-based Seaweed Liquid recipe (page 17) from the weight-loss diet. Moreover, for sweet mixed drinks that call for cream or milk, just add cream or milk to the honey-based seaweed Jelly. Be sure to keep it refrigerated or make it fresh. Keep it on hand for parties, or freeze it as part of a quick bar set-up (it thaws quickly, and without separation).
